Many terrazzo restoration companies are advertising these days, claiming such things as The most affordable terrazzo restoration” and “the least expensive terrazzo restoration services available.

At Colonial Floor Care, we caution you not to be seduced by these low-cost claims. In order to provide these lower cost services, these companies must cut corners, leaving your terrazzo floors in further need of repair restoration, or in need of a complete re-restoration.

To provide lower costs, hazardous chemicals such as crystallizers are used, which are harmful to your floors. The positive effects of crystallizers are very short lived.

Another cost cutting measure is to use inexpensive, inferior and inadequate grinding machines, and or unskilled contractors. The end result of all of these methods is a poorly done job that almost always has to be redone- resulting in a doubling of the cost, had a proper contractor such as Colonial Floor Care been used in the first place.
